Most clients spend just a few minutes each day tracking, as well as a quick weekly check-in with me. Think of it as a small, temporary investment of your time that creates big, lasting results -without taking over your calendar.

What is the difference between 1:1 coaching and just buying a meal plan?

Purchasing a meal plan is a great option if you are simply seeking a structured guide of what to eat, need meal inspiration, and/or are not quite ready to commit to 1:1 coaching. The coaching process, on the other hand, goes much deeper- it’s personalized support, guidance, and accountability tailored to YOU! With coaching, we adjust your plan as life changes, troubleshoot challenges together, and build sustainable healthy habits so you’re not just following a plan, but actually learning how to eat in a way that feels sustainable and enjoyable for your lifestyle.

What if i've never tracked my food before?

New to tracking? No worries at all! Many of my clients start out having never tracked their food before. I’ll walk you through the process step by step. We use a shared mobile app that keeps things simple and organized, as my goal is to help you learn how to fuel your body with as little stress as possible! Additionally, if we decide tracking isn’t the best fit for you long-term, we’ll explore other strategies that still move you toward your goals!
